Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of 49th AGM for the Financial Year 2024-25. The same is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depositaries. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has sent letter to the shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/Depositories, providing a web-link and QR code for accessing the Annual Report of the Company. The Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company at www.punjabchemicals.com.
