The Company has amended the Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, inter alia, incorporation the recent amendments to SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015 which will be effective from 10th June, 2025.

Board approved the convene 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company on June 25, 2025 and fixed Record Date on June 13, 2025 for the purpose of determining entitlement of dividend for the financial year 2024-25
