Audited Results This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Audited Results for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 27th May 2025.
