We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. May 27, 2025 recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (25%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The payment of dividend is subject to the shareholders'' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

We are enclosing herewith the following: 1. The Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. 2. Auditors'' Report on the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 issued by ASA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Auditors have issued the said Reports with unmodified opinion. 3.
